 In a territory suspended between the lagoon and sea, even fishing has diverse traditions and methods. Those of sea fishing, on one hand and that in the fisheries on the other. The fragile yet tenacious lagoon environment houses the fish farms where eels, sea bass, giltheads and plaice are farmed before being savoured in one of the many typical restaurants.
