Carnival Parade 2012
Confetti, streamers, Brazilian dancers and street artists. A great Carnival Parade with a special feature that makes it unique: it takes place in the middle of Summer. This is the “Carnival Parade”, a special parade of allegorical floats that has become one of the most eagerly awaited events by tourists who flock to the coastline, as well as being loved by residents of Cavallino-Treporti.
It is such a great success that in 2011 the organisers doubled the number of parades. The event usually takes place between the end of July and the beginning of August, in addition to the more traditional event planned for Winter.
