PRICES PER NIGHT- 10% VAT included.- Minimum stay:3 nights: 26/04 - 21/06 and 23/08 - 30/09 7 nights: 21/06 - 23/08.- The price includes the cost of the guests - Final cleaning costs: 35.00 € (for each accommodation changeover).- Animals are not admitted.-Extra car: 10 €.- Sun umbrellas and loungers are not provided.- Bed sheets, baby cots and baby chairs are optional services which have to be paid extra.- Cash desk opening hours: 08.00-12.00 and 15.00-19.00.- No through traffic: 13.00-15.00 / 23.00-7.30.- Accommodation occupancy begins: 18.00 hrs. On arrival, guests must provide an identity document and sign the “Arrival Declaration” required for registration under Italian law. By signing this document, the guests accept the following regulations.STAYThe minimum stay is for 7 nights in high season and 3 nights in low and middle season. CHILDRENUnderage guests are welcome only when accompanied by a legally responsible adul VISITORSVisitors to the site are permitted only on foot and between the hours of 9.00 and 21.00. Visitor cars must be parked outside of the campsite, and the campsite management shall in no way be responsible for them.Visitors are requested to hand over an identity document when entering the site and, if staying for more than one hour, must pay the applicable campsite entrance fee. From 01.07 to 03.08, visitors are admitted to the campsite from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and the days before any public holidays. SPEED LIMITWe would like to remind our guests that for their own safety during their holiday the speed limit inside the campsite is 10 Km/h. BICYCLESIt is allowed to ride the bicycle inside the campsite. VALUABLESThe management of the Ca’Savio Campsite invites all guests to keep their valuables safely. CHILDRENWe recommend that our guests always accompany and supervise their children, particularly in the washing and toilet facilities, swimming pool and play area. BEACHThe beach is supervised in compliance with the applicable laws. The red flag raised signals potential danger. ANIMALSare not permitted. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO- Damage the plants;- Dig holes in the roads or pitches;- Light fires;- Light barbecues/grills;- Hang ropes or awnings from the trees;- Tamper with equipment available for everyone’s use;- Deposit rubbish outside of the waste bins;- Wash dishes or clothes outside of the designated washing areas;- Wash the car in the camper service area. PITCHES- The prices include the allocation of a pitch fitted with a 220 volts/5 ampere power supply (using CE sockets), parking space for one car in the pitch, and include 10% VAT. - The prices include beach services, entertainment, use of the swimming pool, bathing and toilet facilities;- The pitches cannot be occupied by more than 6 people, in the event of non-compliance the booking may be annulled on site;- The campsite management will allocate a tent and/or caravan pitch that meets any specific requests as far as possible. The pitch number can not be guaranted;- Under no circumstances may uninhabited caravans or tents be permitted to remain on the pitches. Pitch reservations1. Pitches must be vacated by 12.00 hrs on the day of departure (e.g.: if the booking is made from 1st August to 1st September, the pitch is available from 12.00 hrs on 1st August until 12.00 hrs on 1st September);2. In the event of non arrival following bookings made with a paid deposit, the pitch will be held for the customer until 15.00 hrs on the following day (e.g.: if the booking is made for 1st August, the pitch will be held until 15.00 hrs on 2nd August);3. Late arrivals or early departures for any reason whatsoever (including damages, bad weather, sickness, waivers, etc.) that are not attributable to the campsite management shall not be reimbursed;4. Any paid deposits will be returned only if a booking is withdrawn at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival;5. With the reservation the customer accept the price list, the booking conditions and the regulations of the campsite;6. Any variations in the cost of the stay must be settled at the time of payment. ACCOMMODATION- The prices shown for the various types of accommodation include free parking for one car, water, electricity, gas and 10% VAT;- The accommodation must not be occupied by more people than the permitted number, any breach of this shall lead to the booking being annulled on site;- Linen, cots and high chairs are available as optional extras (charges apply). Accomodation reservationsBooking gives you the right to have one of the accomodation units provided according to the following procedures:1. The accomodation is available from 18.00 hrs of the first day of booking and must be vacated by 8.00 hrs of the last day of booking (e.g.: for bookings made from 1st August to 1st September, the accommodation is available from 18.00 hrs on 1st August until 8.00 hrs on 1st September);2. In the event of non arrival following bookings made with a paid deposit, the accommodation will be held for the customer for three days from the first date of the booking (e.g.: for bookings made from 1st August, the accommodation will be held until18.00 hrs on 4th August);3. Late arrivals or early departures for any reason whatsoever not attributable to the campsite management (including damages, bad weather, sickness, waivers, etc.) shall not be reimbursed;4. The management guarantees the type of accommodation but not the number;5. Deposits will be returned for bookings only if cancellations are made at least 30 days prior to the foreseen day of arrival;6. With the reservation the customer accept the price list, the booking conditions and the regulations of the campsite;7. In case of variation to the cost of your staying, any difference will be settled on departure. |
