Services: beach services included (approx. from 01.06 to approx. 15.09), 1 beach umbrella and 2 deck chairs for each apartment.
Parking: 1 parking space per apartment inside the complex. Free parking spaces available nearby.
Included in price: Rent, electricity, gas, water and use of any structure in the Residence.
Not included: linen in general. Sheets available to hire on arrival (€ 15.00 per person/change of linen).
Payable on arrival: € 200.00 deposit. Final cleaning € 100.00 if this is not done by the guest.
