General conditions for accommodations Camping Enzo Stella Maris

from 7 a.m. by 9 a.m.
• Payment:
We recommend paying the rest of your stay the day before your departure at our cash desk in our office. We will accept cash, credit-card, master- or maestro card.
• Opening hours of our cash desk:
8.30 a.m. - 12.00 p.m./ 4.00 p.m. - 7.00 p.m.
1. The minimum stay for accommodations is 7 days in high and low season, 3 days in off-season.
The daily price for your stay is composed by the rent for the accommodation and the charge for each person. It includes the parking for one car.
2. The booking occurs only and directly with these guests who will stay at the booked accommodation. Only with money receivable of the deposit and the written booking confirmation of our management, the booking will be binding.
3. The deposit is 25% of the rent for the booked accommodation for the complete stay and has to be paid according the instruction of the management.
4. In case of late arrival, the booking is guaranteed by 12 p.m. of t he following day.
5. In case of an earlier departure of the booked stay , the rent for the accommodation, without charges for persons, has to be paid for the number of days not required, by 3 days at the maximum.
6. The booking is not transferable.
7. Following requires to change the original booking brings automatically the formal annulment of the original booking. If it is possible to comply with the requested change a new booking is made.
8. With the booking confirmation only the type of accommodation and the period of the stay are confirmed. The exact position or number will be certain with handing over the key.
9. In case of cancellation of the booking, the paid deposit will be reimbursed only, if the cancellation arrives at Camping Enzo Stella Maris within 30 days before the date of arrival according with the booking, by letter, fax or e-mail. The handling charge is Euro 50,00.
10. The guest will pay any caused damage inside and outside the accommodation. Repair or replacement is exclusive carried out of the management.
11. The price for the stay includes the charge for cleaning. If the accommodation is not well-swept at the departure, Euro 26,00 will be charged for special cleaning.
12. Pets are not allowed.
