CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
1.Arrival and departure days are MONDAY, WEDNESDAY and SATURDAY. Online bookings are accepted only for 7 nights or a multiple of 7 nights. Residence Village accepts only family groups. The management reserves the right not to accept bookings not complying with this condition.
2.On arrival, pitches can be occupied between 12 am and 8 pm, and accommodation between 5 pm and 8 pm. In case of delay the booking is held until 1 pm of the following day and in case of no show the booking is cancelled and the down payment is not returned. Residence Village should be informed by phone or in writing about any difficulties as soon as possible.
3.On day of departure, pitches are to be vacated by 12 am and accommodation by 9:30 am. Otherwise, a further night will be charged. During the rest hours departures are not allowed.
4.During the check-in and before getting the key of their accommodation, guests have to pay a deposit of €100,00, which cannot be used as part-payment of the final bill. The deposit is given back at the end of the stay after Residence Village personnel has inspected the accommodation. If the latter is not found clean and tidy, €50,00 are deducted from the deposit. The management reserves the right to charge a higher amount if at check-out the accommodation is found particularly dirty. Guests are also charged for any loss of, or damage to, the equipment and any object listed in the inventory. Any replacement or repairs are to be made exclusively by personnel.
5.The payment of the deposit implies the acceptance of the accommodation and its contents, the booking conditions, the camping regulations and the price list. Deposits by credit card are accepted only if the holder of the card and the holder of the booking is the same.
6.In case of late arrival or early departure, guests will be charged the price per day of the pitch or accommodation, without the price per person.
7.Your booking is considered valid only when Residence Village issues a booking confirmation.
8.The booking confirmation guarantees the period and the type of accommodation. The number is not guaranteed and is given at check-in. The lodgings/pitches and the periods booked cannot be changed by the booking office personnel.
9.A cancellation of the booking must be in writing and with a legible signature of the holder. The deposit is refunded net, i.e. without booking cost and postage, and only if the cancellation is sent at least 15 days prior to the beginning of your stay. Should it be sent later, the entire deposit is retained.
