Description

The Maxi Caravans Big Bürstner are about 25 square metres and have a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a 1,56-meter-long bed for a child above the two singles, a living-room with a sofa convertible into a double bed, a kitchen and a bath with washbasin, toilet and shower box. In the outside awning there are an additional kitchen, a fridge with freezer, table and chairs. These lodgings are equipped with air conditioning, television, bed linen and safe. The price includes a parking lot for one car.

CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS

GENERAL CONDITIONS

From November until the campsite opens the office is open from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Booking requests are accepted by telephone, mail, fax and e-mail. The minimum stay is seven days. At the end of the stay, pitches are to be vacated by 12:00 am and accommodation by 9:30 am. After these times a further night’s rate will be charged.

Cash desk opening hours: 8-12 am and 4-6 pm.

The number of people in each accommodation and pitch must not exceed the maximum number specified in the price list (children are counted like adults).

The price of the stay covers access to the swimming pool and the beach, participation in various entertainment activities and shows.

Guests may receive daytime visits; visitors may stay free of charge for one hour, beyond that time they are charged the price written in the tariff. Visitors are not admitted after 8 pm.

Swimming pool and animation are guaranteed only in seasons B, C and D. During season A offices, shops, bars and restaurant follow a reduced timetable. During the campsite opening season the following quiet hours are to be respected: 1 pm till 3 pm and 11 pm till 7 am.

No pets are admitted.
