CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
GENERAL CONDITIONS
From November until the campsite opens the office is open from Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. Booking requests are accepted by telephone, mail, fax and e-mail. The minimum stay is seven days. At the end of the stay, pitches are to be vacated by 12:00 a, and accommodation by 9:30 am.
Cashdesk opening hours : 8-12 am and 4-6:45 pm.
The number of people in each accommodation must not exceed the maximum number specified in the price list (children are counted like adults). The price of the stay covers access to the swimming pool and the beach, participations in various entertainment activities and shows.
Day visitors are admitted during the cash desk opening hours only, compatibility with the organisational and internal control requirements. Regardless of age they will be charged the rate advertised on the current price list and must present identity papers at Reception. Visitors who have neither friends nor relatives at Sant'Angelo Village will not be admitted for any reason.
Swimming pool and animation are guaranteed only in seasons B, C and D. During season A offices, shops, bars and restaurant follow a reduced timetable.
During the campsite opening season the following quite hours are to be respected: 1 pm till 3 pm and 11 pm till 7 am.
No pets are admitted.
