The tariff per person has to be added to the cost of the camping or accomodation unit.
CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
The tariffs are calculated from the moment of arrival until 9 a.m. the following day, these include the use of the beach and of the pool, ect. V.a.t. 10% included. Bookings for caravan pitches might be accepted and will always be allocated by the management. The management can change without notice the booked number of units and places. Visits are allowed only until 9 p.m.. Authorized visitors, have to leave an identification document at the direction and can stay in the campsite maximum 20 minutes. If they stay longer they will be expected to pay the visitor’s daily tariff. Arrival must take place after 5 p.m.. Who arrives before this fixed arrival time will not be able to enter in the campsite for whatever reason until the accomodation units are available. The time of departure is before 9 a.m., failing such a full day will be charged in addition. The accomodation must be left cleaned otherwise € 60,00 will be charged for the final cleaning. The total amount due is calculated from the period booked, despite cases of late arrivals or early departure. Our clients are kindly asked to settle their bill within 3 days after arrival. A payment in advance might be requested anytime. Credit cards and personal current account cheques are not accepted. The times for payment and foreign-exchange are 8-12 am and 4.30-7 pm . Dogs are not allowed. The pool and the new hydromassage baths are opened from the 10th of May until the 10th of September 2008. Opening times 9-12 am and 3 to 6 pm. Minimum 2 paying persons with the accomodation unit or plot. The number of occupants cannot exceed the number of beds stated. Silence time: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. and 11.30 p.m. - 7 a.m.. In order to respect the peace and quiet of the other guests, the use of the radio is forbidden. Other conditions can be find on the campsite regulation. The camp regulation is distributed on arrival and displayed at the office. The act of entering the camp is therefore a complete acceptance of them. The management reserves the right to turn away anyone who is considered to be in conflict with the armony and safety of the camp-site.
