CONTRACTUAL CONDITIONS
1) Prices are calculated per week with beginning at 5 p.m. at arrivaldate until 10 am the day of departure. By arriving before 5 p.m. or by departing after 10 a.m. an extra day will be charged.
2) The prices include: rent for a week, saucepan and cutlery, fridge, hot and cold water, electricity, gas. You must provide for the linnen and bath towels.
3) Payments: the cost of 1 week is to be paid in advance. The rest by the arrvial with a 100.00 Euro of deposit, which will be returned by leaving after having checking the apartment. The apartemtn should be left clean at departure, on the contrary Euro 60.00 will be charged for the necessary cleaning.
4) Penalties: if you deside to cancel the booking, you will lose :
-20% of the deposit paid if the notice is before the 31.03.2008 – 50% of the deposit paid if the notice is before the 15.05.2008 –100% of the deposit paid if the notice is after the 15.05.2008 .
The total amount due is calculated from the period booked, despite cases of late arrivals of early departure. The management can cancelyour booking until one month before your arrival, in this case you get the deposit back.
5) The client is responsible for all the furnishing inside the apartment, and he has the right to inform the management in case of damages of thefthe will recognise within 24 hours his arrival, just not be held responsible for this.Animals are not allowed, so that the use of electric heating or cooking. You are kindky asked to respect the rules and the silence time especially during the afternoon and the night.
6) Cars and bykes should keep 10 km/h speed.
7) The management is not responsible for theft or loss things, or damages to persons or things from weather or trees.
8) Visitors have to pay the daily tarif and to deposit a i.d. card at the reception.
9)Joker Holiday rooms have to be left before 10 a.m. at departure. After that time, an additional day will be charged
