Description
At the start of the Cavallino coastline, for those coming by car, there is a really original restaurant, with rustic furnishings but very welcoming: Cibus Club or Ca' delle Botti. Its name already gives away its unusual nature: the enormous barrels! Where, once upon a time there was wine, you can now comfortably dine by candlelight in a fresh and unique environment. Simplicity, authenticity and freshness are the "secrets" of its dishes.
Vegetables from the land in Cavallino-Treporti kitchen gardens and fish from the sea opposite or the lagoon are the ingredients of the tasty delicacies that you can savour: special marinated vegetables, spaghetti with seafood, fried squid (to name just a few). In the pizzeria oven, the tastiest pizzas are also cooked.
And to finish off the meal, some real pastry delicacies: the homemade sweets!
